Family Mediation Fees
Mediation fee includes free initial 15 minute telephone consultation with each party, billed two-hour appointments and summary notes following each appointment. 
 
Memorandum of Understanding preparation & one-hour review/final document.

Additional Information
Two hour appointments available from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., weekdays.  Saturday appointments are an option.
Three to five appointments is the norm for creating a "Memorandam of Understanding" document.
Twenty-four hour notice to postpone or cancel an appointment is required.
A "no-show" fee of $25 is applicable without 24 hr notice.
Non-English speaking clients may provide a translator to assist in the negotiations.
One or both parties may bring an additional person to provide morale support although this person does not take part in the process.
